Watching My Referrals Go Inactive Felt Weirdly Personal

I invited five people to HashHenge. Close ones. People I thought would really get it. For a while, they were active mining a little, staking small amounts, hitting the faucet like clockwork And then… they stopped. One by one, their logs went silent. Faucet streaks broke. Mining dropped off. I know it’s just a site. But for some reason, watching their activity die felt personal. Like they walked out of a shared room we were in and didn’t say goodbye.

Anyone else feel weirdly abandoned by silent referrals?

There’s something deeply real about what you just described. The referral log almost becomes a kind of relationship diary.
And when people fade, it’s like watching ghost towns appear on a map you used to visit together.

One of my closest friends joined because I asked. She was doing it daily, then suddenly dropped off.
I haven’t messaged her about it, and now I’m wondering if maybe I should’ve.
It’s not just ETH. It’s the weird social contract we made when she signed up under me.

I have one exact friend like this. He was so into it at first. Made a whole spreadsheet. Asked me questions every other day.
Now? Nothing. Last faucet claim was 38 days ago.
I don’t even care about the referral cut. It’s just... sad, how quiet it got.

Sometimes referrals join without taking the time to fully understand what’s going on. It’s a shame for them because there’s a lot happening here.

I have many referrals, and I take the time to guide them through how everything works. Now, I receive plenty of gifts and appreciation because this unique way of mining ETH has truly changed their lives

There’s nothing more valuable in today’s world than finding a pleasant and reliable way to earn income. When you discover one, make the most of it because its cold out there, it’s tough and uncertain.
