Faucet Drifted Me into ETH Before I Even Noticed

I didn’t expect to be here. Was only playing around with the faucet out of boredom, clicking, collecting. Just idle habits. Then I woke up a few mornings in and realized I had something real. Not much, but real. It’s strange how it accumulates when you’re not watching. Not just ETH, but momentum. Now I’m mining lightly and watching numbers I used to ignore. Curious if anyone else had a “when did this get serious” moment?

The real turning point for me was when my faucet earnings covered my coffee for a week. Small, but it made it real.

Mine hit on a Tuesday. I had left the faucet on auto-claim for a few days, forgot it was running. Then opened my dashboard while on a train and did a double take. That slow rise felt… grounding, somehow? Like the first sign of a thing becoming a habit, or even a ritual.

You’re not alone. My “serious” moment came after I claimed my third faucet bonus in a row and saw the boost stack. It felt like the platform was acknowledging my consistency — which sounds silly now that I say it out loud.

Still feels like play money to me tbh. Maybe I haven’t been watching long enough.
