This might be the first time I’ve felt excited about learning tech

I’ll be honest—most new technology makes me feel behind. Everything moves too fast, and I usually give up halfway through a tutorial. But something about Hashhenge just clicked for me. I started with the faucet, then read through the forum, and now I’m staking small amounts.

It’s been weeks now, and I still feel excited to log in. No pressure, no jargon, just steady learning. I didn’t think I’d be in my late 60s saying, “I understand ETH.” But here we are!

I’m 69 and have never taken to tech, but this has been oddly satisfying. I feel like I’m building a new muscle. I keep a notebook by my desk just like I used to for appliance manuals. I write down my ETH balance every Sunday. How often do you check your rewards? I’m still trying to figure out the best rhythm.

I feel the same way. I’m 72, and I was scared to even try at first. But something about the way this platform is laid out—calm, organized—it just works for me. I’m taking it slow. Started by staking faucet earnings and now I’m reading about mining. Did you follow a guide to start staking, or just try it and see?
